* - A simple certification that the purchase of GITA is only for research purposes is enough for the  special price mentioned above to be applicable.

  1. Only the directly executable .EXE version will be supplied.  The source code will not be supplied.
  2. Each software will be supplied in one CD and in 3.5 inch floppy disks.
  3. Note that a discount of 85% is offered for 100 copies.  Similarly, the discount for lots of 2, 10 and 50 copies shall be 20, 50 and 80% respectively.
  4. One year after-sales support by email is included in the above prices.  After one year, further support, if needed, shall be offered at a negotiated price.
  5. The prices are for the softwares "as developed" and no customization is guaranteed within the quoted prices.
  6. All charges shall be payable in favor of "M/s. Particle Technology Consultants" in the form of demand draft and drawn on any bank in New Delhi or by Bank Transfer directly into our Current Account No. 325 with Punjab National Bank, East of Kailash Branch, New Delhi.
  7. The software(s) will be dispatched after the realization of full payment in advance
  8. The software(s) will be supplied in CD and 3.5 inch floppy disks by courier within two days of receipt of payment.

  9. The prices are valid till 30th September 2007.

  • Bulk Price represents the price for a maximum number of data analysis as mentioned in Bulk Qty. which can be spread over a period of one year.   The Bulk Price shall be fully payable in advance.

The following general terms and conditions are common to all the above courses:

  • Each lecture will be roughly of 1.5 hours duration. There will be 3-4 lectures per day.

  • Detailed notes will be given to each participant.

  • Computers, operating systems and compilers for programming languages will not be supplied.

  • Wherever possible, the lectures will be supplemented with demonstration of actual technology softwares developed by PTC.  But, none of these softwares themselves will be supplied as part of the course.

  • Minimum number of participants required is 20.

  • 100% of the course fees shall be payable in advance with order.

  • Please send the payment only if your organization itself is prepared to sponsor at least 20 participants.  In case you are interested in sponsoring only fewer (than 20) number of participants, only inform us and DO NOT SEND THE PAYMENT immediately.  The course(s) will be conducted only upon our receiving confirmation for a total of 20 participants.

  • The course(s) can be conducted at Delhi or at your plant or office premises.

  • In case of our conducting the course(s) at your plant or office premises, then: 

    • To-and-fro charges by air for 2 persons shall be borne by you.

    • Local conveyance and all out-of-pocket expenses shall be reimbursed on actuals.

    • Boarding and lodging for 2 persons at site shall be borne by you.

Offer for Retainership Consultancy

    The terms of retainership are given below:

  1. The retainership charges shall be USD 5,000 per month only.
  2. The minimum period of retainership shall be 12 months.

  3. The charges shall be payable in four equal quarterly installments, each installment payable in advance at the beginning of the quarter.
  4. The rates for individual services offered are given in the preceding table.
  5. Under the present retainership, the quantum of work offered shall roughly correspond to discounted rates of 50% mentioned above for individual services.
  6. Those who require a greater quantum of work from us can subscribe to 2 or more 'units of retainership', each unit costing USD 5,000 per month as mentioned above.
  7. Orders can also be placed for duration exceeding 12 months to take advantage of the low rates currently offered.

Offer for Sponsorship-cum-Advertisement

   We seek sponsorship of publication of the four technology reports on the following terms:

  1. The sponsorship-cum-advertisement rate is USD 10,000 (US Dollars Ten Thousand only) per report.
  2. You will receive one copy each of the printed reports sponsored.
  3. One full page advertisement insertion, as per matter to be given by you, will be included in the particular report(s) sponsored.
  4. Advertisement matter of not more than 50 words shall be inserted in the respective section(s) in this website, which will be kept alive for a period of 6 months.  Links to your company's websites, if any, can also be provided in your advertisement.  
  5. A discount of 90% is offered for orders in lots of 100 copies.
